They are gold-plated with black and blue enamel. The back side has a red heart inside the service diamond with NA in the center of the heart. The entire medallion is coated with a " layer of high strength clear enamel. They are two-sided. We carry them for 1-40 years. They measure 1 5/16" in diameter. Made in the U.S.A
